National CORE has built a reputation in taking on the toughest projects that require acquisition from multiple owners, coordination with local police, stringent management practices, construction expertise, and commitment to work at a grass roots level with residents and neighbors. The results are showcase properties that exemplify the best of what communities can achieve. Entire neighborhoods have come back from the brink of ruin caused by crime, gangs, drugs, and blight. Hardworking families have reveled in their victory over these challenges and are now prospering in their new, revitalized communities.

New Construction/Infill Development
National CORE's organizational model includes a full-service construction and construction management division. The construction department is fully equipped to undertake any development including rehabilitation, new construction, infill development, senior housing, mixed-use, and green building. National CORE has shaped and re-shaped neighborhoods by applying best practices in development, design, and construction to its work.

Mixed Use
