 The groundbreaking ceremony was recently held for the Fountains at Sierra (Phase II) and Gardens at Sierra (Phase III) Senior Living Communities. Both developments are a stone's throw away from the Village at Sierra (Phase I), a 108-unit senior development completed in 2002. These new developments will add 186 units (93 units each) to National CORE's portfolio. All three Fontana projects were joint ventures with National CORE acting as a co-developer, managing general partner, and property manager.
