National CORE, in partnership with the City of Rancho Cucamonga and its Redevelopment Agency, has created a positive example of quality affordable housing mixed with market-rate. This partnership resulted in the acquisition and rehabilitation of 1,096 multi-family units in Rancho Cucamonga. Mountainside is one of four projects in the city. All of the Rancho Cucamonga properties mix market rate and affordable units.

Mountainside is a lovely, quiet community of 384 one- and two-bedroom family apartments located in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga, close to shopping, dining, entertainment and schools. Mountainside features lush landscaping, two pools, recreation area, tot lot, BBQs and a community room, as well as controlled access gates, laundry facilities, and much more. Another attractive feature is Mountainside's computer-equipped learning center, site of a variety of after-school literacy and other tutorial programs and activities designed for children.
