National Community Renaissance and the Palmdale
Redevelopment Agency have been working on the city's
comprehensive Downtown Revitalization Plan since 1996.
National CORE acquired 291 apartment units in four locations
set aside for low- and very low-income residents. Park
Vista was the third of the four properties rehabilitated
by National CORE.
Park Vista is an attractive, newly-remodeled collection
of 28 apartments (15 townhome style) located across
and down from National CORE's La Quinta community.
Park Vista features a tot lot, controlled access gates,
covered parking, and laundry facilities. Both communities
are also adjacent to Courson Park and are minutes
from shopping, dining, schools and community services.
