National CORE, in partnership with the City of Rancho Cucamonga
and its Redevelopment Agency, has created a positive
example of quality affordable housing mixed with market-rate.
This partnership resulted in the acquisition and rehabilitation
of 1,096 multi-family units in Rancho Cucamonga. Rancho
Verde Village was the first of four projects in the
city. All of the Rancho Cucamonga properties combine
market rate and affordable units.
Rancho
Verde Village is comprised of 248 distinctive one-
and two-bedroom apartments set in a family-oriented
atmosphere. Amenities include pools and spas, tot
lot, BBQs, 24-hour fitness center, picnic areas, controlled
access gates, jogging path, covered parking, and more.
The community is just minutes from shopping, dining,
recreation,
community services, and schools. Apartments feature
central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans,
walk-in closets, private balconies or patios, built-in
appliances, and more.
