Vista, formerly called Autumn Ridge Apartments, was
acquired and renovated into high-quality affordable
housing. The grand opening for this community was held
in June of 2002. Sierra Vista contains 192 units composed
of very spacious two and three bedroom apartments. The
property is 100% affordable to households earning 50%
and 60% of area median income (AMI). A new community
and learning center where social and educational programs
take place was built on-site.
Sierra Vista is adjacent to the award
winning Villa Serena and to the Paseo del Oro communities;
both owned and managed by National CORE. Amenities
added include a renovated pool and deck, tot lots,
basketball court, tetherball courts, landscaping,
barbecues, and new laundry facilities.
