National CORE , in partnership with the City of Rancho Cucamonga
and its Redevelopment Agency, has created a positive
example of quality affordable housing mixed with market-rate.
This partnership resulted in the acquisition and rehabilitation
of 1,096 multi-family units in Rancho Cucamonga. Sycamore
Springs is one of four projects in the city. All of
the Rancho Cucamonga properties mix market rate and
affordable units.
Sycamore

two-bedroom apartments set amidst an oasis of trees,
shaded paths, streams and waterfalls. Community amenities
