Talmadge Senior Village will consist of 91 new one- and two-bedroom senior apartments and retail space located in the City Heights area of San Diego. The .87-acre infill site is currently occupied by a motel being utilized as a sober-living facility. The current buildings are slated for demolition. The mixed use design includes subterranean parking, and first floor neighborhood retail. Construction is expected to commence in September of 2004 and is scheduled for completion in December 2005.
